Puppy Dog

Our friend Nicole got a new puppy dog. It is the cutest thing ever. She is a Shih Poo and her name is Dakota. Camden was not so sure what to think about her at first.

"Hmmm, I'm not sure about something that might possibly be cuter than me. Did you check out my cool necklace?"

"Oh, she's soft & cuddly! Maybe I do like her!"

"Yes, I do like puppies!"

"But wait. I have something more exciting than a puppy. Have you seen my swivel sweeper?!"

Thanks Nicole, for bringing over your super cute puppy. You both need to come back and visit!

This is why we call him "The Cuteness"

First thing in the morning he climbs up on the sofa to watch Elmo. But I make him eat breakfast first. This is one of the outfits that Susan & I made. I love it!

Camden absolutely loves to run in circles around anything! Furniture, kitchen island, store fixture, rooms, people... the list is endless! Here he is running around Grand Daddy's chair.

Camden doesn't realize this is actually a bucket. He thinks its a super duper combo hat/drum!

This kid sure does know how to have fun! He is constantly go-go-go!

Backyard Fun

Easter Eggs!

We dyed our Easter Eggs Monday night, since we were leaving Tuesday. Camden was not all that excited, but I had fun! We are traveling home today, so the Easter Bunny won't be visiting until tomorrow. Hope everyone has a Happy Easter!

Camden was just as excited to see Daddy as I was when he got back from his last Israel trip!

I didn't think it was possible, but they wore him out!

But as all good things must end, so did our visit. Cam made a big 20 minute production of kissing everybody good-bye, multiple times!

Happy 10th Anniversary!

10 years ago today*, I married my best friend & soulmate.

That day was one of the happiest in my life.

Brad has been a wonderful husband, better than any girl could hope for.

We have experienced more in 10 years than I could have ever imagined possible.

We have celebrated many joys & triumphs.

We have also suffered unspeakable loss & devastation.

Our marriage is strong, and our times of grief have only brought us closer together.

Brad is my rock, the one I lean on when I am not strong. He always supports me.

I support him, too. We have a special balance. We take turns being strong for each other.

Brad is a wonderful provider. He has never denied me anything and is constantly surprising me with his thoughtfulness and extravagant presents.

Brad is an excellent father. It warms my heart to see him with our son.

I am so proud to be his wife. He is everything to me, as I hope I am to him.

Thank you for the past 10 years. Even though we have weathered some extremely difficult times, the good times far outweigh the bad. I wouldn't trade anything for our time together. I'm looking forward to the next 10 years with you and all the wonderful things it will bring us!
