Yesterday we shopping at Target. I was going to go to Publix, just to pick up peanut butter and bananas, but the parking lot was crazy crowded! So I asked Camden if he wanted to go to Publix or Target, not expecting him to answer, and he shouted "Target!" So off we went to Target. That's my boy! They had all the new Easter stuff out and all new stuff in the $ spot. We had lots of fun trying on hats and playing with toys.
Camden insisted on trying on the pink hat first.
Then he wanted to wear two hats!
Next he took a couple of pictures of me. This is the best one. Haha!
He wasn't really feeling the ladybug hat.
A bumblebee hat & bunny ears! Later he made me try on several hats, including a flower hat and frog hat. I got distracted with shopping and wore the silly flower hat around the store for about 20 minutes before I realized I still had it on!
On Tuesday, Jeanette, Max & Jenny and my Dad all came over. P-Pa was quickly recruited to read some books to Max & Camden. Cam was much more excited than he looks in this picture.
Yesterday, we ate lunch with Dad at Nothing but Noodles. Hippo was left in the car. When we got back in the car, Camden grabbed Hippo, gave him a hug and a kiss and said "I love you, Hippo!" So cute!
okay so i've been the worst blogger ever lately. sorry! i've had several posts just waiting to be posted, but no journaling. so here's the quick and dirty description of these pics. (which are now pretty old*)

wow, can't believe i haven't posted these yet! corn pups from krystal. if you're not from the South, i can't explain.
but the funniest thing is how camden stuck the corn pup stick in the straw. is this all boys, or just my son-of-an-engineer-kid????
These pictures are from before Christmas. I was measuring Camden and he had the best time playing with the measuring tape. He has grown 1 inch in the last 3 months. I measured him a couple of days ago and he was 37 1/2inches tall! I read somewhere that at this age you can double a child's height and it roughly tells you how tall they will be when they grow up. That would put Camden around 6'3"!
I am the mom of two incredible children: Camden Bradley, our beautiful little boy, and Carsyn Sabrina, our precious angel in heaven.
Camden was born on Aug. 12, 2008. He is a healthy little boy and we are so blessed to have him here with us.
Our first child, Carsyn, was born on Dec. 13, 2006, at 34 weeks. She passed away two days later from birth defects due to Trisomy 18. She is our angel in heaven, watching over her little brother.
Thanks to everyone who donated, supported and attended these events! The final total was a whopping $140,517 donated, that will go to Huntsville Hospital's NICU! That's awesome! The money will be used to purchase life-saving equipment like the state of the art Giraffe Omni beds. It also goes toward memory boxes for those unfortunate parents who do not get to take their babies home. Often, this box contains the only mementos they will ever have of their precious children. Thanks again for your support!
